These terms govern your use of Glossy. By using the app, you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Creative concepts, not professional advice

Glossy produces AI-generated inspiration that may be inaccurate or differ from real-world styling. It does not provide medical, dermatological, cosmetic-treatment, or other professional advice. Patch-test products and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Your photos and permitted use

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, depicting an adult who has consented to AI processing. Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. You retain your rights in submitted photos and may use generated concepts for personal, lawful purposes.

Subscriptions

Glossy Pro offers a weekly subscription at US $7.99 and an annual subscription at US $74.99; Apple displays the final localized price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its policies. Each plan includes up to 20 AI concepts per rolling seven-day service period; unused allowance does not roll over.

Availability

AI and network services can occasionally be unavailable. Glossy may apply reasonable technical limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse. Failed generation requests are released from the service allowance when the provider reports failure.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, disrupt, automate abuse of, reverse engineer, or circumvent security, subscriptions, or usage limits. We may restrict service access needed to protect users or the platform.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms prospectively. You may stop using Glossy and cancel through Apple at any time. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
