These terms govern your use of Glossy. By using the app, you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Creative concepts, not professional advice

Glossy produces AI-generated inspiration that may be inaccurate or differ from real-world styling. It does not provide medical, dermatological, cosmetic-treatment, or other professional advice. Patch-test products and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Your photos, references, and sharing

Only upload photos and optional references you own or have permission to process, depicting an adult who has consented where a person is shown. Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. You retain your rights in submitted photos and may use generated concepts for personal, lawful purposes. Exporting a card or brief does not grant rights to someone else's reference content. You are responsible for permission to share the images and text you select.

Subscriptions

Glossy Pro offers a weekly subscription at US $7.99 and an annual subscription at US $74.99, with no free trial; Apple displays the final localized price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current period renews. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its policies. Each plan includes up to 20 AI concepts per seven-day service period; unused allowance does not roll over. Creating a three-look shortlist consumes three concepts.

Your lookbook and planning tools

Saved concepts, notes, products you list, checklist progress, and occasion dates are stored on your device and remain accessible after your subscription ends. There is no Glossy cloud lookbook sync. Removing the app removes local storage. A saved occasion can optionally schedule a local reminder after you request it and grant notification permission. Notifications are subject to device settings and are not guaranteed to arrive at a particular time.

Products and professional decisions

Styling plans are based on the preferences you choose, not verified analysis of your skin, hair health, or product ingredients. Owned products are self-reported. General shopping links do not represent exact shade matches, suitability guarantees, affiliate sales, or sponsored recommendations. Confirm product instructions and consult a qualified professional for treatments or concerns.

Availability

AI and network services can occasionally be unavailable. Glossy may apply reasonable technical limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse. Failed generation requests are released from the service allowance when the provider reports failure.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, disrupt, automate abuse of, reverse engineer, or circumvent security, subscriptions, or usage limits. We may restrict service access needed to protect users or the platform.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms prospectively. You may stop using Glossy and cancel through Apple at any time. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
